My recent stay at Plaza exceeded my expectations in every way. the hotel not only provided ironing facilities upon request but also went above and beyond by offering to print out important documents promptly and efficiently. the air conditioning in the room was a welcome relief after a day of exploring, and the terrace offered a serene spot to unwind with breathtaking views of the city. Plaza truly sets a new standard for exceptional hospitality in Cartagena.
